After much debating and tons of researching, I finally placed an order for this lovely palette from BH Cosmetics.

As you can see it's packed with so many bright beautiful colours. I definitely can't miss out on something as amazing as this. What more is I've read so many good reviews about this product all over on the internet. It is said to be highly pigmented which is what I've been looking for but I'll have to try for myself.

Surprisingly, the price is super affordable! Only $27.95 and a $7.95 for S&H with insurance included. A must try for those of you who are new to makeup and not wanting to spend a bomb on bigger brand names.

Unfortunately BH Cosmetics only ship their products to the United States and Canada. For those who lives outside of US and Canada and are looking for similar products you can definitely check out CoastalScents (it's a little bit more pricey) or google up 120 palette on eBay (can be cheaper but I did not order from eBay as it sometimes arrive with a few colours cracked due to poor packaging). However it's still not too bad if you're willing to make do.

I'm so excited and can't wait for mine to arrive at my doorstep!

My super high footylicious pumps by ALDO arrived in the mail today.

for more pics click here

Though it's so high but I got to say they are pretty comfortable for pumps that height (probably 3.5-4inches). I can't wait for my photoshoot to be over so I can start wearing them to go shopping.

Another peeptoe sandals that I recently posted on my twitpic is really comfortable too. I wore them for a 5 hour shopping marathon and only came back with a tired feet not sore/blistered feet. It's about half inch lower than this ALDO one and it's super cheap. $16 if I'm not wrong :D ; got it from Payless ShoeSource.

And oh, I'm already anticipating my next shoe shopping. O-M-geeeeeeeee!!!

The sun was out the whole day. The day was warm and beautiful. MoofMoof and I refused to let the day pass without doing anything so we geared up on our sunbathing kit and head to the lake by our house with Roccio.

I stop swimming after a couple of laps not because I'm tired but I have to admit that I'm anxious about what lies beneath the water. The water is so dark and cold. Most of all those stupid pirahna, big ass anaconda and monstrous crocodile movies are still haunting me till these days. I'm sure I'll get better after a couple of times. After all, this is my first time swimming in a lake. Still prefer swimming in the sea though. Lakes are too quiet and eerie.

MoofMoof managed to get Roccio to swim for the first time too. MoofMoof just dumped him in the water and amazingly his little head started floating on the water while his tiny legs were paddling violently under the water trying to keep afloat. I guess swimming are dogs second nature. He's so burned out from the swim and he's sleeping like a pig now. Good exercise! We are definitely going to make him swim more! He won't have enough energy left to cause troubles :D

Went dress shopping with my new gal pal today for her prom in David's Bridal.

We both found our dresses at an amazingly bargain price and trust me, they are not cheap looking dresses.

We just got lucky to find those 2 stunning dresses priced below $50 each *gasp*.

No I did not get the red dress since it's not 'wedding photo' appropriate. Just tried it on for fun but still love it very much. *hint, hint*. Well I have no events to attend so no need for a statement dress like that.

WINE - when it comes to wine, I'm not the type of person who goes after branded, well known, expensive wines. I'm the type who likes to try all different types, brands and price range of wines. To me, brands and price don't really matter. What I care more is if they sit right on my palate. Today I happen to hop into Safeway for a little grocery shopping while my laundries are having a jolly good time in the laundromat and the husband decided to make it up for the lost Sunday that he caused. So we decided to grab some wine to go with our dinner. Lookie, lookie what we found:

For only $4.98. It is amazing! I can smell it's lush, fruity, rosey aroma as I spin the wine glass and ripe apricot lingers in my mouth after I tasted it. It didn't taste as sweet as the other Moscato that we had so it's perfect for me. I like sweet fruity wines that aren't too sweet. However, I still think it might be a little too sweet for some of you out there. Anyway, I think I downed most of the wine since it's too good to be true :D
